Ima A Newbie N Fixin To Get On It! Need Some Help
so a buddy of mine was taking winstrol , the pill kind, and he only took it for one week and i believe it was a six week cycle, so theres 5wks worth left, he isnt gonna use it anymore because hes fixing to play semi pro ball or something, and offered them to me, im 6'2 170lbs.. i dont need to lose any weight really, just want to have a better looking body and a little stronger. i'm planning on definetly taking care of my eating habits if i do start this cycle and will be working out a hard workout everyday of the week. what do yall think? what type of improvements will i get from taking this? will i lost weight or just get more cut, because losing weight is the last thing i need.. i appreciate all feedback, and again i am a NEWB and trying to get all information possible

preciate the advice, my metabolism is ridiculous, i eat more than anyone i know, and i still gain very little weight, im gonna try a lot harder and alot better eating habits though, do u think ill lose weight taking these? and if i take them properly and do the correct diet and workouts will i get any weight gaining or just more cut?

diet dictates EVERYTHING!
i say if u learn to diet properly .. u will get better gains than u can imagine..
then when u start to platue from dieting properly then u can incorp aas to get over those hills.

If you have 5 weeks worth you should get stronger and more cut with that metabolism. You may not really gain much weight but you wont lose any. There gonna tell you not to take winny alone but i did it for baseball (50mg's for 40 days) once and i got ripped and could hit the ball about 50' further. Get some kind of liver aid and maybe something for the joints cause they will dry out adn lots of water.

remember its not how much crap you eat. it how much good crap u eat. i have a friend that is 6'3'' at 155 pounds soken wet. he could eat all day and never gain a pound. he also never worked out. i found a bulking deit that was posted on the deit forum and gave it to him. he is now 175 pounds with is still pretty small but he is happier with his weight. remember thats with out a workout routine. so if you get in the gym with a good deit and workout routine u could gain more weight. good luck

if you take them, which i know you are going to no matter what..
just eat protein constantly. you say you eat more than anyone you know yet you are still 6'2 170 (very skinny), heard it a million times.
eat until it hurts (lots steak, chicken, tuna, protein shakes, and everything)
it would be nice if you could add other tihngs to your cycle but it doesn't sound like you can.
so the best advice i can give you is - don't do it train naturally first. and the second best advice i can give you is eat (good foods) until you are sick, train until it hurts, get lots of sleep and drink lots of water.

damn, yall actually really posted some very ****in useful information! i was expecting this thread to get bumped! im gonna take everyones advice into mind and i plan on buying the winny but put it to the side untill i get my diet goin correctly... preciate all the information posted!! rabbitsquirrel if theres anyway u can recover that diet u gave your buddy it would be greatly appreciated!

Whats ur age? even if you do buy the tabs, winstrol only is not the best cycle plan...but like others said i imagine you wil use it anyway...

With your age, you need to incorperate a good diet, work out like a field mule and let your natural test., allow your body to do it naturally. Read lots here and these guy(gods) will lead you in the right direction. You seem wise...keep it that way.

preciate that.. Diet, from what i've read and heard, is the most important detail in this whole thing.. im definetly in need of a better diet, if anyone has any suggestions plz, shoot!

you're too young. roids could stunt your growth. wait until you are at least 20

i have know idea witch diet i gave him. u really should just read the diet forum and make your own or pay someone to make you one. diets change ***ending on weight age everything. just read the stickys and figure it out, thats what i did. once you get close post it on the forums and people will help u with it.

^ I hoovered at around 165 lbs until I hit 25 and started eating right...put on about 30 lbs with a good, nutritious diet. Added AAS to the lineup and I crested 220 lbs. SOLID.

well, im on day 2 of my cycle.. intense workouts, good eating, and good waking up.. when will i start noticing it kick in?
