pain in ass wont go away

Im 25 yrs old. I just started last week with my first cycle. Im taking test and deca. Thursdays im taking 250 mg of Test and on Thursdays i am taking 250 mg of test and 300 mg of Deca. The First injection was on the left side and the second on the right. It is tuesday now and the right side is still hurting just as bad as day one and there is a knot. Left side is hurting now. I have tried to massage it and loosen it up but it is really not working. Its very uncomfortable and it is affecting my job. I almost went to the emergency room tonight but i figured i would ask you guys. What do you think i should do? Thanks..

You'll be fine.

Try a heating pad on the affected area and some ibuprofen.

should it hurt like this the entire cycle or is it just starting off?

You probably just have some irritation. Warm compresses and whatever you like for pain.

you'll get used to it bro.. My first cycle I was so sore it hurt to walk.. Like shrpskn said try a heating pad.. Good luck!!

Your body should adjust. A virgin muscle is usually always tender for several days or so after you break the ice...just don't administer another injection to the site that is knotted and sore until it subsides.

After a shot, especially a test shot..after injecting slowly..i rub some tiger balm on the site immediately, massaging it in...makes a massive impact on the pain in that area..my sust shots werent as painful..

and ull get used to it to, wont hurt as much!

I dont have much of a problem with being sore, but my injection sites often get real itchy
