    Help - Dianabol Cycle advice/critique

    I cant believe it!!! I just typed out my whole thread and when I was ABOUT to post, my pc switches off from a completed download!!!! Here goes again.

    I am planning on embarking on my 1st cycle, a dbol only cycle. I am aware that most on this forum are not to fond of a dbol/oral only cycle so lets just get that out the way asap.

    I have done research, but would like some advice on what would be the best cycle/duration. I bought 100 10mg dbol tablets and would like to take them over 4-5 weeks. What would be best ito duration and quantity?

    I am 176cm @76kg's. I have been training for about 4/5 years and I am very commited. I follow a strict 5 day split routine.

    My diet is pretty much in check.
    High protein intake with slow release carbs (no meals after 8pm) would be the just of it. stopped the boozing totally for 2 weeks now and drinking lots of water in preparation for the cycle. Plus I am stocked up on tuna and chicken for the duration of the cycle

    I am also fully aware of the water retention that go hand in hand with dbol, and I ill atempt to combat this best I can thus I have stocked up on cranberry juice and will keep diet tight. Any other suggestions?

    I hope to pick up 5kg's much LBM as possible. (I am ware that dbol is not the best candidate, but wil make best of it)

    I have been, and will continue to take; milk thistle, fish oil, ***** 3/6, BCAA's, ZMA and a multivitamin for the duration of the cycle. I also have 30/10mg Nolvadex tabs ready for PCT. What would be the best PCT? Should I be taking the nolva 10mg/ED for the duration or should I be doing this at end, continued 1/2 weeks after completed? Also, would anyone recommend taking tribulus terrestis as part of PCT to encourage test levels?

    I know there are MANY topics on this but when reading it its just a lot of flaming and not much constructive advice, thats why I started my own thread to see what information I can gather.

    If you have done your research then you would not have asked this question. for a novice doses can start from 20 mg ea day taken either all in the morning or split up into two doses one being upon rising and then 8-12 hours later.

    this cant be accurate as for your height the amount you weigh does not support your claim, im the same height as you, been training the same length of time and hit 82kgs without aas and now sitting between 92-94kg at 11% bf. this suggests to me that your diet is not in check as if it where you would not weigh 76kg's

    you should be taking in a protein shake b4 bedtime. be more specific. give us a break down of your diet

    you can use letro eod to assist. do a search

    if your lucky with a cycle like this you might be able to keep 2kg of the 5kg you might put on, in my opinion you are not ready and this can be achieved naturally without the use of aas. diet is the key. without a proper diet even with the best aas you wont grow. Ask yourself if it is worth shutting down your natural test and experiencing a range of side effects for a measly 2kg in weight?? if your going to do it you might as well do it right and get some test enan or cyp and ditch the dbol as you will have less sides if you already have the dbol you can run them together however i would reccomend using only one compound for your first cycle to gauge how you react,

    if you must do this dbol only cycle i would recommend nolva at 10mg per day whilst on cycle to help minimize sides and 40mg per day for 2 weeks at completion followed by a further 2 weeks at 20mg. trib cant hurt but in my opinion is not worth the money as you can buy proper compounds that a proven to bring back your test for the smae price

    you havnt searched hard enough. their are some very constructive threads on the topic which go into detail explaining the pros and cons of this type of cycle. dont be lazy, if you serious about this you should take it seriously and dont place time ahead of educating yourself on the subject

    I'd run arimidex at .25mg ED during the cycle to fight the bloat.

    You need to eat 6-8 meals a day every 2.3-3 hours up until you go to bed. Anobolics are nothing without proper diet.

    Again, you can avoid bloat if your diet is spot on. You dont need ldex, really. Keep your simple carbs and sodiums to a min.

    I would strongly recommend taking some deca with it. My buddy who is a big guy to start with, took a whole bottle of d-bol by itself for 9 weeks (way to long!) gained like 20 lbs, and after being off for three weeks has already lost most all of it. Im not telling you to not do it, it just sucks to go from super stoked to super discouraged so fast.

    This is very bad advice. Do not run deca w/o test. Besides the poster said that he wants to do a dbol only cycle, anyway (even though I dont think its a great idea).


    Your buddy, who is a retard in the first place, obviously lost all of his gains because he has no idea about diet and pct.

    i have ran deca and dbol together with great results for short burst cycles just prior to short burst androgenic cycles. Also yes my friend made a mistake, but he's not a retard. He was to embarrassed to ask anyone for help. He does not even need roids at 32 yrs old he is 5'11" and 255lbs benching 495. This was his first experiance with roids.

    I've decided not to o ahead with it and see what gains I can make with diet and supplements; creatine etc.

    PS: 'Thanks litttle men' for your help... Gonna try hit 85 before considering aas. I used to weigh in at 91 but 21% BF (BAD!!!)
