quick question
i started takin clen 3 days ago at 60mcgs per day , today i was at the gym and when i was on the chest press i was getting bad cramp in my back, then, since i got home i feel weak and dizzy, as if i am about to come down with a bug or something.
is this because of the clen or is it coincidense?
should i stop taking it?

First of all, Clen can cause cramps, it's in all the info. But by drinking more water and taking taurine, it will help. Also, everyone cant tolerate clen's sides. If they get bad, ie feeling dizzy, you should back off and ramp up again. I start at 20-40mcg and go up until I feel too jittery, around 100-120mcg. Did you read the FAQ an clen? If not, you should before you take any more.

Supplimenting with L-Taurine helps prevent cramping.
Make sure you read the clen FAQ, it sounds like you jumped into this without doing enough research first.

i started my clen at 20mcg and worked up to about 120mcg but that was over a caurse of two weeks and it working great but aslo running t3 so i dont know if it is both or one but ive seen about 8 pounds. and i feel great. but im also doing lots of cardoi on the morning on an empty stomach. only side effect so far is heart bun and minor stomach pain.
