Canadian Steroid Laws...

I know how to research this, I am just curious if anyone else has already done it to save me time.

Anyone have any info on steroid laws in Canada?

As far as I know, steroid laws are as follows up here:

- Steroids are a schedule 4 drug (whereas in the States it's a schedule 3), however

- it is illegal to obtain or sell them without a prescription; however, possession is not punishable, which is a consequence reserved for schedule I, II or III substances.

- Those guilty of buying or selling anabolic steroids in Canada can be imprisoned for up to 18 months (whereas in the states it's something like 7 years jail time). Import and export also carry similar penalties.

Damn it suddenly feels good to be in Canada! Penalties are nowhere near as harsh as in the states, and personal posession is okay.

I did some research since I posted this. I had heard that possession of a reasonable amount was permitted, but I cannot find any ref to it is law. I have also heard people mention amounts and I cannot find that either. I will check the link above as soon as I am back to a PC (I am on my blackberry right now and surfing sucks)

Great excuse to move to canada. I have been wanting to do it for years. I wonder how easy it is to get a script for juice in canada being small personal amounts are legal in canada.

Not sure. It could still be pretty hard to get it legally through scripts, seeing as though the attitude from the general population towards steroids over here is the exact same way it is in the States. The only difference are the laws. And doctors are still dumbasses up here as well.

You may never get one... It's very difficult.

This is one thing I can def agree with...I have low test levels (confirmed with bloodwork) and I still cannot get a script! AARRGGHH!
