I just did her first injection tonight 50mg will this be ok for her. Her diet is clean as she eats practicaly what I do. She trains good and runs a lot!

I said she will have to do it for at least six weeks, should she be doing more?

nah.. only supps i use are aminoacids and liquid vitamin.. imo everything else is over -rated by far.. i do like phytolo which is like this nasty tasting super concentrated phytonutrient stuff so its like 2423223 servings of vegies in a tsp

CEE yeah i used it .. i used it in conjunction w/ slin which was suppose to be awsome.. it wasnt. i tried it w/ high doses of aakg and it was suppose to be awsome.. but it wasnt lol

i dont even bother w/ protein pwdrs as i have found food is far more superior than shakes in every aspect except convinence.. only time i use a shake is if i only have bout 2.6minutes to eat a meal and can only eat a small can of chikn then i will scarf a whey/soy mix shake and some sort of low GI fruit. so it gives me bout 1min extra to a 5min break!
but imo Whey is pretty much pointless unless its just used in small amount to complete the aminoprofile of a meal

Didn't realise this would cause so much hype! I did do reaserch thats how I come up with the 50mg a week. Its all down to the person that owns her gym, she was a bodybuilder in the 90's.

If I didn't help her do it, she would just go to someone else & there is no way to know if the juice is ok, or she is injecting safe. I'll keep you all posted on how manly she turns out!!!
