First injection: Ouch
Ok so i'm gonna be running cyp 600/wk shooting 300 2x week.
I shot 300 in l.delt, and 300 in r.glute for front loading.
Well I took it before bed, everything went fine, delt twitched a bit when injected but that was about it. I ran everything the way I've read to 200 times. Aspiration etc.
But I wake up this morning and my ass and delt feels like they are bruised or something.
I don't feel any lumps or anything, just like a charlie horse feeling.
I used 1" 23G
Any Ideas. It's suspended in Sesame Oil.

sounds normal to me,just one thing,i think the term frontloading means using a shorter estered test to kickstart before the longer estered cyp in this case kicks in,injecting twice the amount of the long ester wont help

Umm, it's actually to maintain stable blood levels.
given I'm shooting on each half life, my levels will look like this
600
300(left)+300=600
300+300=600
etc
w/out front loading
300
150+300=450
225+300=525
262.5+300=562.5
etc....
front loading helps.

from what ive read you front load long ester like test e and c, this will help them work quicker and like alpa said help maintain blood levels. but i have never frontloaded so i could be wrong.

I'm sure after doing a few cycles and getting the results you want, it makes jabbing a whole lot easier and enjoyable?***No source checks!!!***

Scaramouche and Alpha Romeo, you both have it wrong. Frontloading is used to reach peak stable bloodlevels quicker.

Yeah, your going to be fine for ****s sake. With virgin muscle, your shots are going to hurt for at least a couple of weeks. Just practise sterile injection techniques and you'll be fine.

Try shooting in the am, that way you have the whole day of normal activity help work the oil in, shooting and then just sitting or sleeping will make it more sore IMO

Using a short ester in the beginning is just what you said, a kickstart.

Front loading is pointless IMO.. Abuot the injection I had the same thing first time. It will go away soon..

another thing to consider is that since you are new to injections, your technique may be a tad sloppy and you may be moving the pin around inside the muscle while injecting. very common and causes some pain/bruising feeling

It's not even my thread, and I'm thinking that. My quad was virgin muscle and my leg has been hurting for two ****ing days now. I limp when I walk, it feels like somebody stabbed me in the front of the leg with a serrated knife.
Anyhow, everyone keeps telling me you'll be fine as long as there isn't excessive redness, swelling, fever, or other symptoms besides pain.

resort to delt!
i have never heard a complaint there, but I have heard complaints with the quad.
my quad killed as well, so i guess there are always safer places to inejct
