    Ideal Dbol dosage?

    6 week kicker for a longer cycle of Test.

    What dosage would be the best?

    I would like to get max strength/size gains from the kicker until the other stuff kick in for real.

    And will run 0,25 arimidex throughout to prevent water and gyno build up (as I already have a little of that shit..)

    I will like to go as high as I can get without sides beeing overrunned by profit..

    l like 40mg a day. all at once about 2 hours before workout

    Sounds good with 40mg, would 50mg/day be way to much for a first timer? Would like to go as high as possible with that lovely stuff.

    And I will take it throughout the day to make bloodlevels more stabile.

    I wouldn't exceed 50mg/ed...

    Sides (painful pumps, headaches, high BP) become more apparent whenever I've exceeded 50mg/ed...I once ran 100mg/ed and would never consider any dose in excess of 50mg/ed.

    I`m thinking about running 50/day to get the best results out of it.
    I already have a little gyno from puberty though so I know i`m prone.
    So I will run arimidex.

    Would you guys run 0,50 arimidex/day since I already have a little bit gyno?
    Or will it be enough running 0,25?

    guess you could go 50mg a day, but 40mg is pretty good dose. most people say 25-30mg a day. and you can do it through the day as well, i just got off a cycle of dbol started taking all throughout the day for 2 weeks and it work. then 2 weeks in i started taking it right before my workout and i started to really like the pumps more.

    Well pumps does tend to make it harder for me to really connect with my muscle.

    The muscles become to hard to really squize tight and good, so that is not a good thing as I see it.

    im taking 50mgs per day - its my first cycle since early 90's

    I go for 40-50mg a day but like sharpskin said, my pumps especialy on arm days get so painful that I stop a set short of failure becouse the burn is to insane. As for the arim i would do .25 I dont like .50, I feel that it is actualy counter productive.

    How would you know it it's "lovely stuff"? Not to be the Anti-Dbol Patrol, but if you've never used it then you will have no idea what to expect.

    Here's what you do know: You're gyno prone and Dbol tends to be a big player in estrogen-related side effects. You might find it beneficial to run a slightly lighter dose until you know for sure how you react to it.

    i used 30mg/day on my first cycle and had great gains. i will be using 30mg/day again for my second cycle. i really don't see a need to go above 40mg/day unless you have used it a few times already

    IMO i dont think one should be so concerned with dosing protocols for Dbol.

    It is your first cycle, and IMO you shouldnt even require the assistance or run a compound like Dbol.

    IMO whether you dose a compound like Dbol at 20mg or 40mg, wont make or break your cycle as IMO their really wont be a huge difference in terms of gains from 20mg or 40mg.

    Also even dosing the compound at the highest dose possible wont necessarily bring about extreme lbs gains, if your diet isnt structured properly.

    However whether your diet is structured properly or not will make or break your cycle, focus your attention more on your diet and training regime, those aspects of your cycle should be your main concern, as both these aspects if planned properly will bring about great gains.

    Wise words from a wise bro!

    i myself believe that the higher the dose doesn't always = better gains. steroids a merely the cherry on top of that huge chocolate sundae. build your foundation on training and diet methods along with good rest and sufficient nutrients and vitamins. and of course, an open mind and dedication and willingness to learn is what will ultimately make or break the bodybuilder within.
