Ive done this cycle before and had excellent results.
My question is: an offer to go back to playing soccer came about 3mths ago, and i took it with both hands. i have now been training for 3mths flat out, lost about 8 of my hard earned kilo's, but never the less im happy.
i was too heavy to play soccer so those 8kg's or so needed to come off. if i was to add winny and test to my training regime, how would that effect, considering i train weights only twice a week, and soccer about 3-4.. if not this cycle, could some1 suggest another?
