Finishing up first cycle

5'7 175 10% bf....Test E 250 mgs ,Eq 400 mgs per week(mild gains on the cycle but happy for 1st one)..i am on my 13 week and plan on going for maybe one more week. pct will be proviron and nolva...just curious on whether to stop the test one week before the eq or the other way around ?(confused on the esters) thnx

i think after 13- 14 weeks u need hcg as prepct
stop the test one week b4 eq so test @ week 13 eq @ week 14
