    Dianabol and side pains

    Im on a dainabol cycle.
    20mg a day.
    Is it normal for your sides to ake, lower sides, around near your lower back?

    Question

    If you are talking about Dianabol , I would be very surprised if you were getting back pumps or sore kidneys/liver. Your dose is very reasonable.

    I'm taking 50mgs per day im on day 16 i think im starting to get lower back pumps - feels very tight and swells up - i thought it might be the glute shots.

    are u taking milk thistle and drinking lots of water? This can help aid ur kidney when taking an oral steroid .

    that would be the Kidneys. I had them at 20mg per day on my first cycle with em. on the second no pain at all though.

    Lots of water bannas and taurine about 3 grams per day that will fix thoses back pumps.

    Add ALA and cranberry extract as well bro. Water, water, water... no less than a gal a day and more if you can take it.
