Best Method of taking Winstrol Tabs? Empty stomach?

Im taking 2 45mg Edited. Read the board rules. winstrols daily, whats the best way to take these?

Should I take one in the morning and one later in the day?

Does it matter if my stomach is empty or not?

Im under the belief i have to chew them for better absorbtion.
