Should Arimidex be taken if no signs present?

Hey all- 3rd week of cycle test cyp and EQ...i have arimidex on hand and are showing no signs of gyno YET- . . someone told me to throw it into the cycle around week 4...if there are no swollen nipples, lumps, or itchiness going on, should I still take it just to be safe? or am I wasting $$?

No you dont have to use it and its very hard to see if youre about to get gyno, but if you dont experience anything negative then dont use a-dex.

A-dex will not alleviate gyno once you get it. It's use is in preventing it in the first place. It also prevents water retention/bloat caused by estrogen spike. Thus, yes, many, including myself, use it daily from the start.

Adex @ .25mg/ed is an excellent preventative measure IMO.

If gyno symptoms appear, then an increase in dosage in .25mg increments should suffice.

    Good luck,
