Shedding
I'm starting week 2 of Test C/Fina, have'nt used the Fina yet.
Anyways I find that every once in a while I'll find that a hair or 2 have fallen out, maybe like 2 -3 times a day.
I have REALLY good genetics in my family for hair...in fact no males I'm related to started balding before 40. Besides cousins, but thats from the other side of their family.
Anyways, I just picked up some Nizoral, it says 2x a week is that good or should I do more.
And finally is minor shedding inevitable. I kind of figured you would drop a couple of hairs...but I really don't want to go bald dudes. Does this sound like a bad thing.
I'm gonna grab minoxidil also.
I'm on 600 a week of test CYP.

don't worry, i got really good genetic too and everytime after a cycle i lost a couple of single hair in a day. I'm using nizoral too and it work great for me 2 X a week is good. I always fear of shedding, but i think we're all loosing hair everyday, we just see it more because it's a known side effect of roid:P

You could try some finasteride. Researchers have found that DHT(Dihydrotestosterone) hormone levels play a key role in the development of male pattern baldness. While this hormone is essential for proper genital development in male babies, DHT(Dihydrotestosterone) levels during mature ages contribute to the shortening of the hair growth phase, ultimately thinning the hair until hair is no longer grown from the follicle. Finasteride works to inhibit DHT(Dihydrotestosterone) levels in the scalp and interrupting the natural progression of male pattern baldness.

Yea, but I don't want to take more stuff than what I need, I'm trying to figure out if i'm over-reacting or not. Is this pretty minimal or what?

well here is my anti balding regiment. im pretty sure my hairline has not receeded and I know 100% that my hair has not thinned at all after 3 high test cycles. All of these i do daily.
Fish Oil
Flaxseed Oil
Ginko Biloba
Super Vitamin B complex
B6
B12
Use Nizoral 1% daily actually, but also use a vitamin enriched moisturizing conditioner daily as well.
Rogaine foam on the hairline at night - i know i know it says it doesnt work on the front area but minoxidal is minoxidal (or however the f' u spell it)
Lots of balding in my family but its hit and miss. My dad started losing at 19 but his brother has full head at 40. Im 28 and have incredibly think hair although ive never liked my hairline. Regardless though, Pretty sure ive still got it all.

Hmm, I'm using 2% Nizoral daily. I like how my hair feels with it actually. Picking up some minoxidil today. Already use fish oil and flax seed, whats the deal with the Ginko, and B vitamins though?

Whoever is talking about genetics you have to look at you MOTHER's side (males idividuals, uncles grandpa etc)...If your dad has hair it doesn't mean much...

I read somewhere that ginko biloba helps stimulate the scalp, I dont know if its true or not but hey im sure it cant hurt. As far as all the vitamin b complexes and what not im pretty sure vitamin b is a huge part of new and existing hair growth. I think

Niacine helps hair growth as well. It doesn't really matter if your moms side is balding or not. There are people who have no baldies in the family, but lose all their hair after a cycle. My mom has MPB on her side, and I ran test e and dbol with no problems. The Dbol did cause some shedding, but it all came back thick as ever.

If you have the genetics to go bald, gear will speed up that process. Period.
Check out my post on the hgh forum, got a picture in it. Still got tons of hair, I just got a really thin patch. Life can be like that
