I was just wondering if someone could tell me the "proper" way to dispose of pins? That's one thing I'm concerned about especially since I'm a newbie. Thanks in advance!

Yeah I recommend a big protein jug....you could fit a grip of pins in that thing and then throw some newspaper in there to keep them from juggling around. You could even duck tape the top...

I think i've seen a little device online somewhere that actually bends the pin into a safe disposable form. This would take the anxiety out of throwing it away somewhere and worrying someone might prick themselves with one.

Buy a approved needle disposal container from your local pharmacy. When it's full drop it off at the nearest hospital ER.

the sharps containers are less then $5.00 at your local pharamacy. there is no excuse for throwing them unprotected anywhere else.

Just get a sharps container and leave it at that. Let the pros dispose of them. How the hell would they know who you are after they are dropped off anyways? I am sure diabetics use the same disposal method, and I am sure no one wants to rummage throughj a sharps container to see what was in the syringes.

Just put them in a empty protien bottle and at the end of the cycle take them to the nearest golds gym and dump them all over the locker room floor, or chuck them into the jersey shore.

I throw all mine in a pot of boiling wate and make a soup at the end of my cycle.
