taking steroids for first time

im 25 never taken steroids but want to take them this summer to bulk up ready for the rugby season,any suggestion's on what to take

test. Single ester. 500mg EW. 10 weeks. AI on hand for any estro sides. Agressive PCT such as the one outlined in the Anthony Roberts PCT sticky (in the PCT forum)

as ur a rugby player im guessing ur no stranger to proper diet and training,read through the steroid profiles and see the pros and cons of each compound to help u make a decision,test cyp or enth is usually considered a good choice for a novice user

Nah, go 500mgs EW with Test- E , 300 is low, besides, if it is his 1st cycle then he`s not going to want to pi** about getting 150mgs out of a 10ml vial that has 250 mgs concentrated into 1ml, same as an amp, why leave 100mgs in it, unopened.

1st cycle he wants every thing going nice and easy.

hi there,
Ive recently started using steroids (sustanon 250). and wondered if u could help me out with a bit of advice. i have researched as much as i can on the sus and also checked on injections etc off friends. my concern on injection is on the extraction point a tiny air bubble is sucked into syringe. i am careful enough not to inject the bubble but just wondered if this is normal on extaction. also my injection site stays very bruised for a few days after injection.
i would appreciate any feedback asap.
