    Needing ideas

    Bros, here is the deal.

Today I made a body composition test in a machine and it confirmed one thing I was suspecting. My extra cellular water levels are high.

I really can't find an explanation to this, as I am drinking more than 1 gallon of water a day, my sodium intake is very limited, the only aromatizing steroid I am running is test prop @ 50mg ed and I am on proviron @50mg ed and letro @ 0,60mg eod, so this is really beating me as I can not explain why this is happening.

I was thinking of using a potassium sparing diuretic, but I want to use it as a last resort as I am not thinking of competing.

Do any of you have an idea on why this may be happening and how to counteract it?

If the diuretic is the way, which one do you reccomend and how to run it?

p.s. - I have spironolactone available, but won't use it as it block the AR and I am in a middle of a test prop/tren ace/winny cycle.

Perhaps you could bump the letro dosage a little higher?

    Try 1mg/eod or .5mg/ed

    Good luck,

some people bloat from tren due to the rise in prolactin levels, I've heard of a few that have had that problem, do a search on it, I'm not 100% sure but I think I saw a few posts that mentioned it. good luck to ya.

    Hydrochlothiazide?

I thought it was not potassium sparing.

But I saw Diazide which is HCTZ + Triamterene which has some potassium sparing properties.

    I will look into that.

    Thanks
