    cycle pratically ready??

    My cycle is pratically ready: 10 weeks cycle

    -sustanon 250 - 500mg/week or Test propionate 500mg/week
    -winstrol ***ot - 50 mg ED or Masteron 400mg/week
    -Dbol 40mg/day (week 1 - 4)

    PCT:
    20mg/day nolvadex week 1-10
    40mg/day nolvadex weel 10-14

    ????Need a AI...someone can help me on this???

    any suggestion on dosage and stuff i should choose??

    this will be my 3rd cycle
    6'2''
    215lbs
    9% bf
    age 24
    4 years training

    diet: about 3000 calories/day
    carbs at 250 to 300 g / day
    protein at 200 to 250 g / day
    fat at 125 to 175 g / day (a little to high but i stay lean at this intake)

    So i'm waiting suggestion...i want to bulk¸but stay lean.

    no need to run the nolva at 40mg, drop it to 20mg and it will be just as effective as 40mg.

    I have a reaction to Dbol so I would run the nolva for myself at 20mg a day while I was running the dbol, then I would drop off to 10mg a day during cycle and have some Adex or Aromasin standing by if there is any flareup. Other than that the cycle looks pretty good for a lean bulk. I use something similar for strength and get good results. 20lbs should be guaranteed. My last cycle I was at 185 to start with and 10% bodyft. Gained to 220 while on and then dropped to 195 after couple of months. After PCT and test levels came back to normal I was able to stay at 196-200 with same bodyfat so I figure I gained around 10 lbs of muscle. I think that is excellent for any cycle after all is said and done. I'm not one of these believers in huge amounts of calories either. I use about 2700 to bulk and 2200 to cut. I'm your age so my metabolism is a little slower than these young guys who can eat anything and get bigger and stronger. One thing in your diet I would do differently is get a little more protein and a little less carbs say 250-300 grms or protein and 150-200 grms of carbs. However, that is what works for me and your stats look darned good to me. Good bodyfat ratio. Good luck on your cycle.

    hey thx ! good point about my carbs and protein...i'l correct that right now. another question...would you choose winny or masteron???
