I have a reaction to Dbol so I would run the nolva for myself at 20mg a day while I was running the dbol, then I would drop off to 10mg a day during cycle and have some Adex or Aromasin standing by if there is any flareup. I think that is excellent for any cycle after all is said and done. I'm not one of these believers in huge amounts of calories either. I use about 2700 to bulk and 2200 to cut. I'm your age so my metabolism is a little slower than these young guys who can eat anything and get bigger and stronger. One thing in your diet I would do differently is get a little more protein and a little less carbs say 250-300 grms or protein and 150-200 grms of carbs. However, that is what works for me and your stats look darned good to me. Good bodyfat ratio. Good luck on your cycle.
