Im running 250mg of Test E a week. Tomm will be the third week. Diet is great ive gained about 25 pounds on bench so thats good. But i havent seen any size difference? I dont seem to be bulking up?

250mg is a very low dose of test to be on it's own ..i would of ran 500 a week ....whats your routine look like .....
Like the last guy said, you won't gain lots of mass from those levels of test.
Post your diet.
If this is your first cycle, and you are eating well. you could gain 12-15 lbs on 250mg a week and keep 5-10 of it. But you could have also dont that naturally as well over the next year. IMO, your test e wont kick in 100% for a few more weeks, but it seems to be starting to. Good luck with it, but if I were you, I'd get some more and bump up to 500 mg's and run it for weeks 4-12. Then start PCT.
