well i was shooting my delt today, and as i pushed the needle in i felt a little more pain and discomfort than normal but i pushed through it... i injected all the way... then as i pulled out blood came rushing down my arm... and i started to feel light headed and it became hard to breath .... only for like 5 minutes... i think i might have injected some into the vain before it pierced all the way through... i will most certainly aspirate from now on! any bad things come from injecting in the vain?

I dont know why ppl dont aspirate anyway, only takes 3 seconds........

You probably hit a capalary or something.....I have had that happen twice and aspirated both times. The light-headedness was probably just you freakin' out about it.

it can happen even if you do aspirate...but I always aspirate to cut my chances
