Well, decided to go the extra mile, I am now at 96kg (211,2 pounds).
Got on a lean bulk, trying to hit as high as I can get for the next 8-9 months (all natural), then cut down absolutely everything (Which I want to include AAS to lose as little as possible muscle.
This is going to be my virgin cycle.
What cycle do you recommend, I`m don`t looking for any further muscle/Strength, i`m just trying to keep what I have managed to build up when shedding.
