I think they all do, some more so than others. E.g. the 19-nors(like tren, deca) will shut you down completely while others like var will decrease but not totally shut you down.

There are a lot of factors that you'd have to take into account. How long you are on the gear, what type of gear, your age, your pct, etc.

didnt you just post in your other thread that you would leave them alone for a while? Test e needs to be run for 10-12 weeks IMO.
