First cycle, need some help

This is my first cycle, and as much research as I have done, i would defintely like to hear some tips, do's and donts etc. from some people with some more experience than I.

Right now im taking 50 mg of winstrol each day
20 mg of Anavar each day
And 450 mg of trenbolone every 7 days.

Truth is, ive been on for 12 days now, and i'm dropping fat and gaining lean muscle everywhere. But any tips would be great.

WHen I first started the tren it made me sick, that normal?
headache nauseau etc for about 2 days fairly mild though.
and I wanted to strangle everyone who was pissing me off.

Working out for quite some time, i've had personal trainers in the past, until i felt i gained enough knowledge to train on my own.

I dont know what my body fat % is

My goal is to simply lean out, and gain minimal lean muscle.

no previous experience with any of the stuff, im very new.

tren , winnie and var are cutting steroids .
.most here, would only do test for first cycle to see how your body reacts. tren by itself will shut down your "boys"..most would add at least 100 to 200mg test-e each week

OK..what is your planned PCT regiment?

tren will cause hpta supression... i mean that tren is an incrediblly powerful androgen, supresses hpta fast and hard...you may experience tren dick

I really dont know what i'm doing, thats why i'm reaching out.

i Guess i thought i would just slowly reduce my intake over the last 2 weeks of the cycle, and continue the anavar for an additional 2 weeks.

OK man...I would go directly to the PCT forum and get all the knowledge as fast as I can...then stop this cycle immediatly,,with a good PCT..

tren is a harsh compound with many side effects.

there are anti-e's: serms: hcg ..all of these things should be incorporated in a PCT imo..
I'm not one to flame, but you really should have all of this knowledge before starting a cycle..

it takes months of research and years of training to do it right...you can really fuk yourself up

Point taken, thanks for the advice.

Going to take your advice and add the test, and have a pct plan in effect when the cycle is done.

So far, I'm feeling no ill side effects and if I start taking this in the right direction, i'll end up where i want to be. 45 days from now ill repost on this, and well see what the turn out was.
