Rotater Problems
Bros,
I'm having some problems with my rotators, they are killing me. It's incredibly difficult to get through some of my workouts. the worst thing is every night that I turn on my side both arms fall asleep bad. Do you think I'm pinching a nerve? Anyone ever had this?

Rotators kill me when I'm not running a cycle. High amount of pain when putting on a shirt and or jacket. Even up to starting a cycle they kill when working out. I didn't work out for 4 months so I could rest them and went through physical therapy for them. Didn't do much good. I started a cycle of test e and kickstarted w/Dbol and no problems whatsoever. Now at the back end of my cycle no longer running the dbols but running winny and have only a very minor amount of pain. Running gear actually helped my rotator problems. Deca is really good for joints.

I agree, when on cycle I don't barley feel anything due to the water retention. I 'm off right now and on a reduced carb diet. With having less water in my joints, they are killing me. I'm going to get some glucosimine and shark cartilege and start some moderate rehab.
