It should last you awhile, Letro is very powerful and you shouldn't take it unless you need it. I only use it when I actually have gyno signs, I don't use it to prevent gyno, IMO there are better less potent options out there. I bought the 30mL bottle 1.5years ago and still have more than half left.

So if you use it at the first signs of gyno like you did how long till it kicks in and symptoms are gone?

It took about 3 days before I noticed it working and decreasing the gyno, first the sensitivity went and then around day 5-7 it was kickin in and I think I stayed on it at 2.5mg for a total of 10-12days(can't remember exactly), got rid of the gyno and then started to tapper down by 0.25mg ED till I got to 0.25mg dose then kept it at that for remainer of cycle till PCT.
