well, luckily the fob i'm at has good equipment and i run about 3 miles a day, most of my food the wife sends me. I eat army eggs and oatmeal for breakfast and three boxes of skim milk. Than a 1000 cal protein shake for brunch, 2 packs of tuna and some brown rice for lunch, another shake in the afternoon, then chicken or steak for dinner along with rice and veggies, and then another shake after my workout. About a gallon of milk a day, about 1 1/2 gallons of water ***ending on how hot it is. And what with Tren, some people say it's not good for novices why?
