Quad shots?

Should they be shot when the leg is straight or can it be shot siting on bed with leg bent?

I do them with leg down.

i sit on the edge of the bed with my leg out straight and heel on the floor... that way the leg is extended as if you were standing but the muscle is relaxed from having no weight on it or from the knee being bent.

Correct....

Hell for that matter you can even inject them with the muscle tensed standing on just the leg you intend to inject you just run the risk of causing more tissue damage if you move....

Defiantly better done relaxed but any way will work you can stand on your head and inject if you like,the position really makes no difference....

Inject what ever way you feel the most comfortable injecting....
