    Sust or Prop w/ tren?

    Stats 30 yrs old, bf 15%, 5 06, 155lbs, goals lean out and trim down and get my bf to under 9% not a body builder but would like to get my shape back, lean out, cut etc. At one time I was at 180 lbs solid! But due to military obligations and visiting my "Jihad" buddies in the dessert and doing my job I lost about 40 lbs in the process of being gone for 2 yrs.

    Anyway, considering doing a cycle of Tren and Prop however, Prop hurts me like a mofo and i cant find a "painless" prop the other obtion was to do Sus with Tren.

    I have a stash of Anavar, Clen, Nolva, Clomid.

    if you have been off a cycle for 2 years or never done one then you should be able to accomplish your goal with the proper diet and training IMO. you were 180 now 155 and 15% bf. dude take in less calories for bf and do lots of cardio. you said your not a bodybuilder so I dont know why you would do tren and prop and not lift.sure the tren leans you out but ther are a lot of ways to do that without all the sides.but again thats jst my opinion

    Where does it say he wont lift? Everyone who lifts isnt a body builder.

    I guess I misunderstood that part, sorry. I still think going from having to years off with whatever diet you were on in the desert to a prop/tren cycle is a bad idea. great cycle but I would'nt just jump right into that one.esspecially to just trim up and get into shape.anyway on another note Thank you for your service I personally dont agree with bushs' policy but my heart and support goes out to all the all the men and women who serve and thier families who are dealing with the situation that exists.best of luck to you in whatever you decide to to to reach your goals bro.

    I never said that I dont lift, I do lift weights A LOT however I dont do it for "bodybuilding" purposes just to improve my overall physique.

    stick to some clen and run some test also and you should get lean
