How does 19-nor exactly cause prolactin increase?
I've read numerous times how 19-nors will cause increased prolactin levels. I understand how the progestins work, and how progesterone doesn't bind the androgen receptor but its derivatives can... I can't really find anything on what causes the prolactin increase though from Tren or Deca ?
Prolactin isn't even a steroid , its a peptide hormone. So if anyone can clear this up for me that would kick ass.

Thyrotropin Releasing Hormone is produced in the hypothylamus, which increases Thyroid Stimulating Hormone in the pituitary gland....and the TSH stimulates t4,t3 production of thyroid gland...
TRH also stimulates at the same time the prolactin receptors in the pituitayr gland...trh also increases growth hormone but this isnt consistent.
