First Cyle Expectations?
Hi,
Iv'e been training solid for 2 years all the time working on getting the big three up 250/405/325 and getting stronger with each workout, as im nearly 30 and been itching to see what the fuss is about with AAS iv'e decided to do a mild 12 week cycle of Test E @ 500mg per week along with D-Bol to front end for the first 4 weeks @ 30-50mg ED.As such I have a few questions I was hoping some of you more experianced ASS users could help me with?
1.) As Im curently 230lbs @ 16-18% BF my plan was to start a 12 week 500mg Test+ dbol mass builder than do PCT wait a while and shed the lard on something like Test+Var anyone see a problem with this idea?
2.)What sort of strength gains could be made realisticaly while on for the big three? 10kg-20kg on the main lifts given correct training/rest/recovery was my expectation, am I way off base here?
3.)On a side note as someone with Vat/Cortisol and Insulin resitance would ASS aid or hinder these conditions?

First off your BF% is really high if I were you I would drop to atleast 9-10% (I usually drop to about 7%) before cycling just eat lean and do a lot of cardio. I had great results with D-bol and Test-C about a 28lb gain kept around 20lbs and thanks to the D-bol my strength went up drastically even in the first week! And as for the AAS hindering your insulin resistance studies have shown that AAS can promote insulin resistance.

all in all if you do everything right, seeing its your first cycle, id say you at least keep 15lbs.

atleast it looks like you researched. That is rare these days before people post. If you get down to atleast 12% body fat you will be ok. Good luck.

just outta curiosity why does bf dictate cycle start time? lol
if he is 12% will his gains be better htan say if he is 14-15%?

^^^funnily enough ive cycled at both 12 and 14% and for me the gains just look better at 12% thats all

both test-e and dbol promote strength dbol being the stronger compound
If I had to guess I would with this cycle if your benching 300lbs now i would say a 20-30% gain in weight would be somewhat accurate.
when I started 8 yrs ago i did 250mg of sust a week for 8 weeks and my bench went from 185 to 245lbs...good luck

1) take it once cycle at a time bud, focus on this first cycle, you should make great gains with proper diet/training
2) everyone is different but should gain at least 20kg on your lifts with a first cycle....but too many variables to give you a real answer
3) ASS is never a bad thing, unless theres cellulite involved...
