    Clen and High Blood Pressure

    Guys,

Just started Clen this week (on my 3rd day). I have ramped up so far at 40mcg, 40mcg, and 60mcg. I have been feeling jittery and shaky a bit (expected) , also with some tightness in my legs and hands so I decided to have my BP checked. Just used the Walgreens in-house self tester and it came back at 137/80.

137 seems a little high for me as I'm usually around 125. Would you guys be worried about this? I was planning on ramping up to 120mcg's, but now I'm contemplating sticking with 60. Or should I keep going up and just monitor my BP? I don't want to stick with 60mcg if it won't even be effective. If that is the case, what should I consider an unsafe high BP number to stay at while on Clen?

I realize that high BP is a possible side effect, so I'm going to start taking some Hawthorne Berry to see if that helps. The leg stiffness may be do to muscle cramps, so I think I'm going to up my Taurine a bit as well

    Any input would be appreciated.

    Thanks

    -JC

137/80 is still considered normal. Definitely watch your bp and your heart rate on clen..i'll never touch that crap ever again

the one and only time I did clen, started at 20mcg and worked up to 100mcg after 7 days, my bp was 150/110, my resting heart rate was 120 beats/minute and I had an EKG come back abnormal..not good..no telling what damage I may have done to my heart!! Personally I dont think losing a couple extra lbs is worth damaging my heart. Im just very sensitive to it, I know others that feel fine or thats what they say, they jsut never go to the dr

physicals for work usually, my company insurance pays for an annual physical and they do EKG everytime. That abnormal time I went to doc to get a script for allergy meds and he freaked out at my vitals. I went back several weeks later and it was better b/c I got off the clen

i never really believed that clen is really that anti-catabolic and didnt need to be used during PCT. Use some IGF-LR3 during PCT

you need better insurance then, most standard physicals include an EKG..it takes less than 5 minutes to get one done...ive had my current job for 6 years and every year I get a physical I get an EKG...standard procedure...why do you find it so weird that Ive had a few EKG's? Or maybe you just dont wanna believe clen can damage your cardiovascular system???

whatever dude, believe what you want, Im not making it up...you mean nothing to me. You asked why I wouldnt take clen again and I tell you and then you try to call bs on me for having EKG's? Saying you've never heard of anybody having one. I guarantee there are plenty of people on here who have had EKG's before. An EKG is a baseline test for routine physicals, maybe you should stop going to back alley doctors and go see a real physician

I'm with longhorn on this. I'm kind of predisposed to high bp anyways but clen wreaked havoc on my body. Pretty much had tachycardia, palpitations, cramps (when I took potassium and taurine).

It sounded like a good idea at first but after reading about the chemicals and learning what they're used for and how they work I decided to put that shit down for good.
