I dont know this for a fact, but I think ball speed is all about mechanics and arm control, I don't think strength factors into it much. So I don't know that cycling will improve your pitching speed, but it would put weight on you.

Honestly? You shouldn't. You should get your diet in check and eat properly to gain. 5'11 and 160 with 14%BF? No offense bro, but if you were eating right your BF would be less and your muscle weight would be more with a little hard work and dedication to the cause.

you are 110% right!!! do have good mechanics etc. just need something to get pushed over the edge. this is a turning point in a carrer.

yeah bro, i doubt you've tried everything under the sun. do some research and really find out if you have done everything you can naturally.

as far as the cycle, what you have is not going to do much for you. i would add test and either drop the deca or eq, but that ***ends on your goals. good luck bro

Also if your talking to pro scouts i wouldnt take Deca that lasts in your body for around 18 months. Arent you scared of failing a college or pro steroid test? and also being a college baseball player myself mechanics will make you throw a lot harder then the extra pounds wont.

Serious guy? ok, first off all, you are no where near the point of taking juice. You are skinnier than my brother and he is skinny. You need to eat eat eat eat bro. Juice is the last thing that you should be looking into and on top of that your using the wrong compounds. Even if you did do a cycle you should drop the var and deca #1. #2 you don't have any test in the cycle which would pretty much result in a little deca dick (if you would use the deca) plus for drug testing purposes you would kinda be screwed. That means no poonani for you rockstar. Also as EQ has been shown to increase RBC's which in turn increases endurance (which would be good in your situation) but still you need to get your diet and training in check b4 you turn to juice.

I had a cup of coffee with ther brewers 4 years back and you need legs to throw. You need to be able to squat a god darn chevy! Skinny pitchers are few and far between. The ones who are have a gift and judgeing by the fact that you weren't picked up out of high school tells me you dont have that gift (not a slap at all... just saying u dont have the mo rivera gift. Look at a pro pitcher up close. 'FAT' as$ and normal uperbody. Then go look at the same pitcher in the clubhouse.... not a 'FAT' as$ but rather HUGE Quads and hams. Not to mention bodybuilder size calves.
