Shoulder swolen after Deca shot but no pain.....any help???
I gave myself a shot of deca in my right shoulder last night. The same way I used to with omnadren or sus but I've never had a problem before. The injection did not hurt at all and my arm still doesn't hurt but the one muscle on my shoulder is really swollen but it only shows when I flex it. Is the muscle just inflamed and will it go away or is there something I need to do? It just looks really pumped up. Please....any help????
Thanks

Put some ice on it bro. Swelling should go down in 24 - 48 hours.

you might have moved the needle around in your muscle.
i have my wife push the pins for me and she doesnt do it well at all
i get a litle swollen when she bein an ass and fooling around.
Just like OG said ice it should be ok quickly you can add heat in there
to promote healing wait a few hours after the ice.
Just my 2 pennies

is it ok to keep working out. I'm not having any pain and I'm planning on working back today?

If its bothering u then id maybe not workout. Give it a chance to heal itself. If it doesnt, then just take it easy.
I hit my calf for the first time the other day. Annnd ohhhhboy last night i thought i was going to have to go to the ER it hurt so bad. Kept ice on it all night even fell asleep with ice on it. Its still killing me as im typin....I couldnt work out for shit. Give it a day or so bro.

Try using icy hot just rub it on and you will feel better. You can buy the stuff anywhere it's in every store.

I worked my back out and I didn't have any pain in my shoulder but the swelling is still there. Still no pain. Do I have to worry? It's been about 24 hours since my injection.

I just thought of something. I injected 2ml at once in my right delt. Could it be that I just put too much in at once?

yeah, I guess site injections are using the same principal as SYNTHOL, hoping to stretch the facia. The only other reason I see to do site injections is to prevent buildup of scar tissues in your favorite injection site!

I do site injections to get that swelling.
That's exactly why i do the delts, and other site injections as well.
Love it when the delts look swoll..

what size needle did you use bro. I use to use 1inch. but now that i am leaner im stwiching to 5/8. i wouldn't use any longer than an inch in the delt.

1 and a half inch and I put it all the way in. It has never given me problems before though??

It could be that you have built up some scar tissue there. If you don't rotate inj sites already I suggest trying it. Again my opinion is that inch and a half is to long for the delt. I would switch to 1 in or 5/8 if your lean. Maybe hit your legs or glute for a couple of weeks and let the shoulder swelling go down
