I feel a sharp, sting-like pain in my left lat but only when strech it, between my shoulder blade and lat.....it only stings when I strech it but not when I work out....
I suposse its just a slight pull....
What can I do to make it heal faster? Resting is out of the question since i'm mid cycle and I only feel it when I stretch (hands over my head and lean to the back and sides....) thanks.....![]()
