    Quick Question

I will be starting a test cycle soon and i am going to add dbol to it for the first 4 weeks. When is the best time to take the dbol during the day. Wake up? Pre-workout, post-workout. When on my off day?

I like to split it up at fairly even intervals throughout the day.

Bro, this is all personal preference. Some like to spread it out evenly and others take it all PreWO. You just have to figure out what gives you the best results by trial and error.

Try 20mg in the AM and 20mg PreWO.

The active life for dbol is about 6-8 hours so I would do it in the morning and at night to try and keep levels balanced.

just try to keep it constant in your system... I have done it by like 12.5 mg 4 times a day. Worked well for me, but I didn't like the fact that I was a slave to the stupid time table that I was on.
