how to mix hgh?

Recently purchased hgh somatropin, need to know how much bacteriostatic water do I mix in the vial? I believe each vial is 8 i.u. Do I mix it with 8 i.u. of water? Some other users said they mix in 48 i.u. of water and take 12 i.u. everyday. This seems like this would dilute the product. I just want to know the best and most effective way to take the hgh.
