    Started yesterday..... damn it feels good.

    Well, actually, i don't feel anything yet, but I know its coming!

    I haven't cycled a real cycle in a looong time. I had quit working out and partied myself to a fat ass 260 @ > 25% bf. But, last year, I moved to a new state, got a real job, got married and got my shit back together.

    I've been cutting for the past 8months or so (down from 260lbs to 210lbs). The past two months I've been running 4iu/d HGH to prime my body for this cycle, and yesterday I started this:

    HGH 8ius EOD throughout
    was taking 40mcg T3/d for the past 6 weeks, but stopped since I started getting heart flutters and lightheadedness. Still have on hand for later

    wks 1-12 Test Enant 500mg/w (will probably go up to 750)
    wks 1-4 Adrol 50mg/d (will probably go up to 75 or 100)
    wks 5-9 Humolog 6iu PWO
    wks 10-15 Tren 75mg/d

    Aromasin , Caber, and Lasix (for BP) on hand.

    PCT starts 3 days after last tren shot.
    wks 1-4 Aromasin 10mg/d
    wks 1-2 HCG 500iu/d
    wks 3-4 50mg Clomid /d


    So what do you guys think? Should be a good one...

    Looks good although I would probably run the pct a little longer. Blood test will tell afterwards.

    Why would you run ADROL if you have spent so much time to get back in shape?

    I spent all that time losing excess body fat. Adrol may put a bunch of "weight" on me, but once all the water comes off from it, it has still left me with some strength gains to boost the start of my cycle with.

    Or are you implying fat gain from drol? I don't think that will be the case.

    This is a clean bulk.
    I have lost the 45lbs of fat with a diet of approx 1900-2000 cals /d (~250g Pro, ~125g Carbs, ~50g Fat)

    for the bulk, I am increasing calories by only 200-250 cals / week until I get up to 2750 cals or so.



    BTW, I forgot to give my stats:

    5'10"
    214lbs
    guessing around 15%bf
    goals with this cycle: Lean mass, maybe even continue leaning out from HGH

    trainining for 10 years, the last 7 being correctly with proper nutrition/diet (minus the 2 years I partied and got fat/lost muscle).

    cycle experience: plenty before my hiatus.

    why aren't you running the test all the way through, as I see your tren runs from wks 10-15 and test doesn't?

    At 214lbs I fail to see how you can "bulk" on 2,750kCals

    I can cut with that amount..why so low? At 214lbs, your maintenance calories are probably 3100kCals

    I may go higher than 2750 cals, but it will be slow. I just got done cutting at 1800-2100 cals, so I don't want to suddenly hike up the cals quite yet. Once I adjust to 2000-2500, I can work up, week by week.

    orion, I am cutting the test off about 2-3 weeks short so that I can dive right into PCT shortly after tren . The test will still be in my system for those last few weeks, but it will be on its way out. You think I should run it the whole way and just wait out the final three weeks before PCT?

    deff extend ur pct to 6wks u'll be glad u did, in fact check out the anthony roberts pct its a sticky in the pct section

    I really don't like that tren hanging out there in the end, your gonna crash then it will keep you from recovering natty test. Could lead to depression/lack of penis, then again you may be fine. How about 9-13...start pct week 14 and run 6 weeks, switch clomid to nolvadex ? Either way good luck glad to hear you were able to get outa your fat suit.

    From what I'm hearing, it sounds like I may extend the test all the way to week 15 alongside the tren , and start the PCT in week 18, plus extend it to 6 weeks.

    Personally I always did better with aromasin +clomid vs nolvadex in PCT, as long as I didn't go higher than 50mg of clomid (higher than that, I start feeling like a whiney, tempermental bitch)
