I feel on my nipples a tad bit of a knot right behind both of them, I have arimidex on hand, i know i have atleast 8 lbs of water retention on me, and you get some of your gains from the water retention in the muscles (correct me if i'm wrong) ... having explained myself and the situation... would taking .25 mg of arimidex hinder my gains due to the water weight it would possibly shed? thanks

Aromatase inhibitors can actually increase gains, as they will lower SHBG levels to, so more testosterone can reach the AR in the muscle.

It might be much easier to recover from cycle with an AI aswell, b/c to much estrogen exposure could possible damage the Leydig cells.
