how much anavar and how long

going to be doing a test, eq, and anavar cycle but I'm not sure what I'm going to do for the var. I'm going to run the test and eq for 16wks. Since this is my first time with var, should I run it for 10wks at 40mg/day or for 6wks at 60mg/day or do I need more var?

im doing a similar cycle, im doing test c at 750mg/week, 500mg of equi/week, and var the last 6 weeks at 70mg, I read that is proably the best way to run var .
