i use both glute and delts for all my injections, theres no benifit from either, just to avoid scar tissue, and letting unused oils disipate to avoid absess, rotate shots bro

The swelling I got in my shoulder after my injection, could it be from not injecting further back on my shoulder? someone told me i need to inject more around towards the rear delts

I also inject in delts and buttocks too and rotate the injections each time. Like 4plates said, getpinz.com is very informative if you need to know exactly where to inject.

do you guys think a 1'' pin is too short for glutes. i tend to inject high in the glute where there is less fat.

I love delt shots...easier to do (no twisting). I know alot of ppl don't believe in spot injecting..but IMO my delts got great results from it. I really like shooting quads too. Glutes is my least fav.

    later bro

Bro if ur doing ur own shots i recommend starting off with ur quads. They are very easy, no twisting, turning. There right in front of u easy as pie..
