For research supplies - when I used them they left some stuff out of my order. Jotted "Back order" with sharpie and never resent it, didn't reply to my e-mail inquiring about it, but did charge me for it. I won't use them again. You might not have the same experience though.

Where i live we just go into the chemist and ask for the needles and syringes they give us as many as we want! no questions asked!
