Hey, im new to this whole thing so im looking for a little help. Im an 18 year old highschool football player who is looking to gain some muscle mass and maybe a little speed (not my biggest problem, i run a 4.5) after a very depressing last season. Im looking to get the most effective solution for a 2 month span, i was suggested the mass stack but not sure. Im 5'11" 170 lbs and yes, i have heard about (eating right) and i have tried that whole thing for the past year. So, does anybody have any suggestions of what i should take (im going to order from the roid store) and how to take it?? Thanks..
