While dieting I was taking T3, clenbutrol, and novedex. After taking everything I got my weight down to 118 when i Started dieting at 137.Well two weeks before the Atlantic States I didn't feel ready to compete because at the time a lot was going on in my life and I couldn't focus on doing the show. Anyways I cycled off T3, but just cold turkey with clenbuterol and novedex. Well of course I indulged in some food, but nothing too crazy.. Slowly the weight started coming on.......then I got really really puffy in my face especially......The puffiness isn't as bad anymore but im still not back to normal and its depressing.Im not fat but im bigger. Even the Jeans I used to wear before I was dieting dont fit over my thighs and butt!!!
My questions are:
1) how long will it take to get back to normal
2) Is there anything I can take to help me get back to normal
3) Should I take clen and T3 and eat carbs unlike before, even though I want to compete in Nov; or just wait till i start dieting to start again with them
4) What can I do to loose some in my thighs and butt ( Im still weight training, doing cardio, and eating really clean anything else?)
Thanks so much!!!

1) Everyone is different but the Thyroid is usually slow to recover. Only blood work can confirm when you are back to normal.

3) Why don't you diet naturally. Losing weight is nothing more than Diet and Cardio.
4) Topical Yohimbine would be good for those tough spots. Google LipoDerm-Y.
