Synthol is made of caprillic chains. I heard these chains are putting a lot of stress on kidneys. Is it true ?

I would rather eat my triglycerides and fatty acids, they taste good. No they probably arn't putting stress on your kidneys. All the pictures I have seen of people who ended up looking deformed from synthrol puts stress on my brain though, I would never touch.

I should really add some thought to this..I think if you're a top level pro looking for that slight edge then go for it. I think people like Greg Valentino who look like an idiot just make me sick. For some pros SEO may be what wins them a MR.O, Arnold Classic ect
