    Arrow first cycle -new pic

hey guys, I am 22 years old and have been reserching the sauce for the past 2 years. I have gotton most all my info from the forum and have realized alot of idiot out there juice and have no idea what there doing.
I have been lifitng about 7 years and love training. Im thinking about hitting my first cycle because i havnt been able to gain much mass in the past 2 years and i think i am now old enough. I was considering winny cycles before but thoes arent gonna give me what i want so i decided to do it right and go with test e. I want to do a cycle thats gonna give me a solid 15 pounds and thats all i would need to be happy.

I am 6'4 205 pounds after dieting down from 235.

I would be doing test e for 10 weeks @ 500/ week and using Nolva, Clomid and 2 bottles of myogenx for my pct.

Feel free to please critique my pics !!!!. i already know my chest sucks

Any input at all on anything would be appreciated.

I dont want to rain on your parade bro but I think you should put on a little more size before starting. I know you have been doing your research and you said you cut down but 6'4 and 215 is pushing it. Adding an extra 15 pounds to your large frame would be easy without gear. I can see from your pictures you have plenty of room to add to and I'm sure your legs could hold more mass as well.

I think you should get your lagging parts up to par before doing a cycle so you can get better gains. Having your diet and training perfect before starting the cycle will only supercharge the results and right now I see gaps in both of them. Dont take this as a put down bro you look good but fixing up some things before the cycle will only benefit you in the long run. good luck!

hey Kaberle 15 Thanks alot for the advice. the thing is that i just got back the day of thoes pics from a 5 week europe vacation. During the vacation my protien levels were pretty low, i didnt lift and i dropped about ten pound. I was planning on putting a good 5 or 6 hard weeks of training in to get that fullness back before i start. I appreciate your advice and will definatly keep that in mind before i start. I wish i could put on another 15 easily before i start, and i could but it would be mostly fat. I have had a hard time gaining lean mass in the past 2 years. i have been thinking about training everyhting 2 times a week to totaly switch up my normal training.

don't train any body part 2x a week. From the pic's, it doesn't look like you know how to train if your goal is mass. Not trying to flame at all but if you've been lifting for 7 years, you're doing something wrong. Hit the training forum and see what you can do better. Don't take this as a flame, I'm only trying to help.

your cycle sounds good bro. you could be bigger, but as long as you put in those 6 weeks and then train and eat like a madman you should get some great results.

just be sure to eat as much protein (chicken, tuna, etc) and healthy food as you can get down and to train until your muscles reach failure. get your moneys worth!

I think the problem is diet forsure. You just are not eating enough of the right things to grow. You need to calculate how many calories you need to maintain your current weight and how many more it will take to grow past that, clean calories too. You are what you eat man, the less you intake the less you will be. As for training you do not need to train everything 2x per week, less is more, you just need to train properly according to your goals. Bump up the intensity in the gym, do compound movements, have variety in your workouts and work within the rep range for growth and you will get the gains you desire.

Thanks guys I definatly agree that diet was the major problem for me. IV always been strong and big but now that i dropped from over 230 i look skinny. for being 6'4 i have a very skinny waist of 32in. AS far as training I think i know more then most. I was training for football for 3 years in HS and then switched to more of a BB style in collge for the last 4 years. Im constantly serching for info on trainging programs and have recently learned alot more from trainers like milos and charles glass on the fit show.

the thing about these pictures is that they are from the first day back of a 5 week vacation in europe. in these pics i was at 205. I dieted down to 215 but lost another ten when i was europe. I didnt lift one weight and ate pasta all day. people are telling me i look skinny so i think im gonna jump back up to 215-220 before i start. im giving my self another 5 weeks.

please offer some advice (First Cycle)

I have done a partial cycle about a year ago and blew out my shoulder. I was doing Test (inj) and D-Bol orally (about 50 a day). I cannot remember much more than that. Here is my question. I have gained a few (lol) pounds of fat since then, and am ready to get back at it. I was thinking of doing a short 4-6 week cutting cycle to get started. Winn and Clen . Anyone that can offer any advise for a good shredding cycle to lose this fat and then go to a bulking cycle this fall please Help. Thanks

everything looks good to go, i would consider pushing that test e to 12 weeks. it will cost you another bottle if dosed at 250mg/ml but most bottles do not hold exactly the correct ammount, plus you may loose a drop or two in the inj. process. not being pushy, just don't want to see you get to week 8-9 and realize that your gonna be short on gear. also, try posting up a diet so we can help you with that. good luck with your first cycle.

You kind of have pecs now, and your arms look bigger. Nice work, especially for 5 weeks natty. If it were me, I'd continue to bulk naturally and hold off on the cycle.

I'd revamp the chest workout. Looks like a week spot for you. Concentrate on flat and incline bench press using both barbell and dumbbells. Make sure you go low that's where all the chest work happens. It looks like you made progress though, so your diets probably good now. Go natty for a couple years and put some mass on like that. THEN run the cycle.

You are right about the chest. However over the last 5 weeks i have totally switched up my whole chest workout and i am feeling sore in places of the chest i never have before. My previous chest work out for a long long time looked like this- Flat Bench- Incline bench- machine flys- cable flys,

my new workout that is killing the chest is this-

    Smith Macine - medium incline

    Decline Dumbell

    Dumbell Press- high incline

Cable flys-straight down to the lower abs

    Flys- low incline

This has been working great for me and i hope its the key to getting my chest to grow. Another thing is that for these i switched my reps from my usual 8-10 to 20-15-10, i know alot of guys may not agree with this but it has been tearing me up. I plan on droping the reps and in creasing the weight when i stop feeling so sore from the current workouts.

you have the height and frame to put on some more mass natty imo. i would def. wanna max that out before starting the cycle. 12weeks of test en. should do wonders but you may as well wait a bit and really get the most out of it. all the best bro.

Yeah i think you could add more mass too. But that being said you probably wanna do it anyway.
I'd frontload the test (double-tripple first 3 doses)
    go 12 weeks
last 2 weeks shhot propionate so you can start pcty sooner
    What's your diet like?
Are you going to take any (or have on hand) anyy A.i.'s??
