Yeah I was going to mention that. It's funny how alot of unenlightened bodybuilders think estrogen is the absolute enemy and we don't need any of it. A guy at my gym loaded up on letro once just because he thought we didn't need ANY estrogen at all. Should have seen him complaining when his joints killed him in the gym and how he couldn't get it up with his girlfriend anymore.

But i know that libido in the females is given by testosteron.If estrogens plays such an important role in libido i think females are horny as hell.How it acts estro on libido?It is just something in the brain that triggers?

Testosterone and estrogen are both primary sex hormones. It is just that females and males have an opposite ratio because of the other function of these hormones, which is the development of sex characteristics. You still have to have both for proper sexual function.

As well as bone mineralisation, promoting water retention, and several other minor things... I heard it can promote calcuim/phosphorus uptake, iirc...

Not to mention estrogen is used to build muscle also, in combination with testosterone binding to the AR...
