SHot 500 mg of test e in my ass tuesday. First shot of cycle. hurt the next day like normal, but it has gotten worse and worse and it hurts so bad now. Like its a friggin kiwi sized knot it my ass cheek. Could it be cus I used only a 5/8" 25g and it was 2 m of fluid too shallow?> PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HELP ME!

The first few injections are the worst, and knots can happen, but are nothing to worry about. If you think you have an infection you should get medical help asap.

Yes the needle was too small for a glute shot. Good chance you didn't make it deep enough in the muscle. And yes, 2ml for a first shot will hurt more than 1ml (I just found this out). I wouldn't worry about it unless you have some redness, swelling and fever symptoms. I have had pain from injections that lasted a week. Stick it out a few more days.

im the same my first ever 2 shots killed me in my tri. took a week to get over dont stress mate i find if i inject slowly and massage the area after injection i hardly have any pain at all.

try 800 mg ibuprofen 2x a day and don't inject in your bunz for 2 weeks, if it feels hot to the touch go to doc.

i think alot of what made it so much worse is i went out in my boat in choppy ass water and went wakeboarding, and ate shit multiple times. Still take Ibuprofen if Im on 25 mg of dbol a day? Cus isnt dbol an anti inflamatory?

i think the problem is that you ate shit..... this is bad for the body. esp. if you eat it multiple times.

u did not go deep enough,so didnt go into the muscle i think. Try warm the area for a good few mins and massage it quite hard see if that helps. next time use a green pin in your butt..hope it gets better boss

I think your pin is to small. In your glute i would use at least a 1". try messaging it after you get out of a hot shower

5/8 is for delt,tris,bis min 1" i go with 1.5 to make sure, push on the knot massage it in

like the others have stated 5/8 is too small for the glute 1inch at least 1/5 inch preffered................
also if you have not used the glute area before you will be in a bit of discomfort for 2-5 days coz youve hit a virgin muscle..................

also i found that doing a shot before bed will cause some massive knots. I do it in the morning before i work. It lets the oil work itself out during the day.

Also warm the oil up ...inject Slowly and massage for a good 5 mins. Then just go about your business

i put one inch into my bicep and it is extremely painful however, we must accept this pain as it is just part of the business...if you can not take it..well you get the picture..

The knot can also be caused by people "rushing" the shot. You need to inject slowly and at a pace your body will accept to let the oil disapate properly.

i dont know how old this thread is but it has taken aload off my mind i normally go in the sholders but the scar tissue was so hard to push through that i decided to try glutes. i guess it was new muscle.. thanks guys.

If you don't have insanely high BF then a 1" should be perfect.

I have had the same thing happen to me. I injected 1.5mL of T400 one time (600mg of test) and I could barely sit for a week.

You'll live. Take Ibuprofen to numb the pain a little and next time don't do so much at one time. Split it in half over the week.
