    My weight gain per cycle

    No matter what dosage i do per cycle i never seeem to put on more that 13 pounds for eg.

    1st cycle i did test E at 500mg per week and gained 13 pound

    2nd cycle i did 500 test E and 600 Deca per week and gained 12 pound

    This is now my 3rd cycle and im into week five,im doing 250 test E and 600 deca and ive gained 12 pounds and have been like that for the last week i dont think im going to gain anymore but will still goto 12 weeks.I also seem to gain on week 3 every cycle even tho these two compounds are long esters.It it just me ?

    My guess is your diet. Are your adjusting it as you progress through your cycle?

    Why did you lower your dose of test?

    If anything, you should have raised it a bit. I would think your diet needs to be tweaked, go to the Diet forum and lay it out for critique.

    Erm no im not,i eat the same from begining to end i eat every 2 hours from 830am to 1030pm.do i need to increase my meal portion size or try to get another meal in?

    thinking about this mate if youv gained 12-13lbs per cycle that means you should have had an overall weight gain of around35+ lbs which in my books aint that bad,unless you lost every lbs of muscle after each cycle?
    apart from that you are not eating correctly or not enough.....................

    Also im trying to eat clean no junk,maybe i need to start dirty bulking?

    The bigger you're the harder it becomes to gain LBM so like Booz said it aint so bad olo

    also, more muscle means more calories to maintain. If you are not adjusting your calories to GROW, then you will hit a sticking point as steroids are NOT magic and require the fuel to make them work!!

    If you are bulking, you dont' have to eat as clean as you think.

    you cant expect huge weight gains each cycle, otherwise any aas user could quickly reach 3-400lbs. I have been using aas for 5 years, and am lucky to gain 2-5 lbs of muscle (water weight not included) per cycle any more.

    But I feel the cleaner the better as you won't have to deal with losing as much BF when leaning down.

    I think many people have an over inflated idea of how much muscle they will gain in a cycle.
    Lets straighten this out - a gain of even 5lbs of muscle is considerable and should be seen as a success.
    People claiming to gain 20-30 lbs of muscle on a cycle are IMO usually full of shit.
    You should be eating more as you grow. Increase meal size. Listen to your body. As you grow you will find you are feeling more hungry that is your body telling you to eat more to maintain.

    Well I for one can attest to gaining 25-30 lbs in one cycle BUT it was under the guidance of Marcus and NOT worrying about putting on fat. I never ate crap food but did eat things like peanut butter and steak everyday. adn eating every 2 hours. I went from about 225 to 255-60 and was able to keep uner 20% fat which was my goal....... now I am cutting and still keeping most of the size but dropping the fat


    So it can be done, not the easiest thing to do well, and very easy to screw up on the eating part......but it can be done

    Once again proving that DIET is key to any cycle

    Marcus is the man!

    I think it depends on everybodies goals also. I respect all bodybuilders who compete but I will never do that. I am more into the nice lean frame. I find to reach my goals a clean clean bulk putting on a few lbs of LBM at a time is optimal.

    But as I said, I respect bodybuilders greatly for their dedication and effort.

    I was talking about lean gain only. If it were possible to gain even 10lbs of lean mass per cycle then in two years I would be an IFBB pro.

    Ya buddy what we are all trying to tell you is if your gaining solid muscle during your cycle and keeping these gains then you should not be dissapointed if you gain 10 lbs per cycle. Just keep it up your still early in your cycle and if you continue to up your calories you wost likely wont plateau till week 9 or 10.
