Getting the cough EVERY shot and its not tren

I am experienced with gear and know that knicking or injecting into a vein causes cou***ng similiar to tren cough but now I am using a mix of test E, EQ and mast eth all in an oil/eo mix and am getting the cough with nearly every shot. Now the cough is not as bad as a true tren ace death cough but it is something that definetly isn't enjoyable. Also unlike the tren cough I have a hard time taking full breaths for the entire day following.

So far I have ruled out it being from the alchohol at the spot. My theories are that benzyl salic may be the solvent that was involved in the original super solvent that cause it and not guaiacol OR The EO causes a deposit and I puncture small capilaries then the deposit slowly leaks into the open vessels.

Please help, right now I am having a hard time finishing shots and this can't be healthy.

BA content is only about 3% - Could it be scar tissue related? More importantly that identifying it, I need to make it stop

Had my first experience with that type of thing yesterday. Injected 2mL's in my left deltoid, test e and deca . Before I was even done with the shot I felt this lump in my throat kinda and it almost felt like I was breathing smoke. When I pulled out the needle a LOT of blood started pouring out of that tiny hole... like it instantly ran down my arm and I could see some of the gear in the blood in little droplets.

I think I punctured a capillary not too far from the the needles max depth because I aspirated and all was good. Where are you injecting and are you seeing a lot of blood when you pull the needle out?
