1st cycle enanthate how much ?
Hello all,I started a cycle of enanthate I want to know if 1cc a week is good
...I ran it before about 5 years ago..also how much is to much ?..Is it ok to have a beer once a week ? thanks any info will do!

What is your Test E dosed at?
There is no "too much" per se. The question you need to ask instead is how much do you need to reach your goals.
Whether you drink or not is up to you. I don't because I find it counterproductive, but one beer a week won't kill you.
What are your stats and your goals?

id say min 500mg/wk for test e alone,assuming diet is in check

well id say 1ml 2x week,5-7lbs is nothing on a guy ur height it wont even show,u wanna be getting 20lbs and keeping 15 after pct on a bulking cycle imo,im not gonna bang on about how ur not ready,u dont eat enough and all that but a word of advice,if u dont eat right a litre of enth a day wont make u grow,good luck with it

5-7 pounds? take creatine and eat true mass mate that will gain you that much...1ml 2x a week will do you nice like scar said...but you will gain more than 5-7 pounds.

I eat well .I can eat every 3hrs your avg diet chick,fish,vegies,muscle milk,oats,...ect.. I didn't think u can put 20lbs on wow I guess i need to work harder I only have 10cc's ....U think it will be ok to workout every day I been going every other... I do abs on my off day or push-up's,pull-up's and dips ...

ur WAY 2 light for 6 feet one inches tall. all due respect..sounds like indiana bones to me. brother, do urself a favor and start eating more calories from good sources..EFA's, lean sources of meat and protein, complex carbs..train consistently..wait awhile..then lets talk about proper dosages of test e. take advantage of NO2, and glutamine... p,s, stay off the beer shud u decide to cycle. those werent the kindda calories i had in mind for you..
